This hot ice experiment is one you can do if you have a little time as I guarantee you have the ingredients in your kitchen! You'll need: 1 liter of distilled white vinegar 4 tablespoons of baking soda a large sauce pan a bowl with a lid or a bowl with plastic wrap Does this experiment sound an awful lot like a volcano experiment? It sure does, but in my opinion, the hot ice experiment is MUCH cooler. We're still getting some snow showers in Minnesota but it isn't sticking around. The daytime highs have been reaching at least 50 degrees. The grass is starting to green and the trees are budding. What does that mean? It's SPRING!! Today I bring you 9 must do spring activities for kids. 1) Cloud Watching Spring is the perfect time to watch the clouds as the weather is usually unstable which means more clouds in the sky. Get educational with your kids and predict the weather based on what clouds you see. 2) Begin a garden It's still too cold to plant outside for us right now but it's not too cold to start plants inside. It's fun to start your garden from seeds! 3) Fly a kite Spring makes great kite flying weather as it's usually a bit windy due to the weather changes. Disney On Ice Presents Frozen Recap #DisneyOnIceInsider

Last evening my family and I had the chance to attend opening night (Minneapolis) of Disney On Ice Frozen. Let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! We've seen two other Disney On Ice shows but as my husband said, "Frozen is the best Disney On Ice show we've seen by far!" It was a bit hard to get photos because the lighting was so dramatic and everything was moving. What I have does NOT do the show justice. It's definitely worth going to see in real life if you have the chance. Before I go on and on about the good things, I do have three things to warn you about: 1) The show starts with a brief introduction by Mickey, Mini, Goofy, and Donald Duck, and is then followed by the Disney Princesses and other popular Disney characters.
