Hubby and I just returned from a fabulous 5 day cruise to the Bahamas.  It was a much needed vacation for both of us.  I'll be writing a post about it soon! Unfortunately, Sunday was back to reality as the girls came home from Grandma and Grandpa's house, there was laundry to do, and the cupboards were empty.  School started for us today so not only did I have to shop for regular groceries, I had to shop for things for Nutty to take for school lunch.  What did I do to make things easier?  I got out the Sunday paper and found the Cub® Foods ad!  They have great back to school savings this weeks such as 5 for $5 on Lunchables!  Score!  Then I headed to their website and created a meal plan complete with recipes I found on their site!  Back from vacation and back to school lunch shopping was stress free with Cub®! Jamie has often called me names….Yes it’s true. She calls me names that I giggle at, and love!  Names like; crazy couponing lady, thrift shopper, deal finder, and my personal favorite, extreme couponer.  Why do I like it?  Wouldn’t you want to be called names that are positive things?  I love that I am known for my thrifty shopping, my deal finding, my bargain hunting ways.  I am going to share with you, our lovely readers, how I can save 50-75% off of my shopping lists!  It will sound tricky but bear with me because it’s actually really easy! Step 1:  Purchase four Sunday papers, but make sure they are purchased late on Saturday. Sunday morning papers cost $1.50 but if you buy the early edition it’s half that! Savings! $$ Why buy 4?
