Can a body wash make you feel like less of a mom? I think so…
I’ve been a fan of Caress® body washes for a long time so when I was given the opportunity to review their new Forever Collection, I jumped on it. The Caress® Forever Collection is the world’s first body wash with Fragrance Touch Technology. Caress Fragrance Release Pearls ™ bring out bursts of perfume with each touch of your skin. In other words, it’s a “scratch and sniff body wash” as my girls call it.
These body washes definitely have a perfume smell to them and it’s a kind of flowery sensual smell. One that, when I was in the shower, made me feel like more of a woman than a mom. Not a scent I really want my daughters smelling like! I admit, the fragrance was a bit overwhelming at first but once you dry off, it dies down and isn’t extremely noticeable unless you are close. I’m not really sure if it lasts the full 12 hours as they claim, but I can say that my whole family noticed that it really does smell more when you touch your skin!

The Caress® Forever Collection definitely evokes sensuality (my husband thought the same). I won’t go into any more detail about that 🙂 If you want to smell and feel less like a mom, these body washes are for you! I prefer the Adore Forever over the Love Forever scent but that’s not surprising as I’m a huge raspberry person and it is often my body spray scent of choice.
As with most Caress body washes. the Forever Collection does not disappoint when it comes to hydrating your skin and I did not feel like I had to instantly put moisturizer on when I got out of the shower. I hate when I have lotion that clashes with the smell of my body wash!
One last thing before I close, I was a bit shocked at the color of the body washes. They were definitely vibrant on my poofy! The Love Forever is a deep red while the Adore Forever is a little less intense with a more pink color. Don’t worry, they don’t stain your body or clothes. I just had to make note of it because it took me by surprise 🙂
