So healthy!! And SO easy! And SO yummy!
1 cup (dry) oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter or use a seed butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Scoop into bite sized balls (I used a small cookie dough scoop). Refrigerate (or even freeze) to set them up and then enjoy! My kids begged me to make more the minute they were gone!
