Pinterest Valentine Inspiration

Welcome to day 14 of Fourteen Days of Valentine!

From February 1-14 we did non-stop Valentine’s posts to celebrate this lovely holiday!  We hope you’ve enjoyed it as much as we have!  Tomorrow we will return to our regular schedule.

Today we’re bringing you some awesome stuff we’ve found on Pinterest that has helped inspire our Valentine’s.  Rather than give Pinterest the linky love, we’ll be linking you directly to the websites the pins originally came from.  Feel free to pin stuff you like from the original source or find them on our Valentine board and re-pin them from there.

I Love You This Much Card from A Day In My Life.  Though this post was originally written for Father’s Day, it has been pinned as a Valentine inspiration too.  These are perfect for mothers, fathers, grandparents or other family members!  Make them look more like Valentines by using pink or red paper.

Belle’s Valentine Bookmarks  from Disney Family (dot) com.  These are super cute and look easy to make.  I wouldn’t think you would have to use them for bookmarks.  Make a bunch and give someone a bouquet of flowers for Valentines!

Valentine Thumbprint Printables from Live Laugh Rowe.  These are just way too cute!  Had I discovered these earlier, I would have had my daughter make them for her class.  This post gives you the templates to make the valentines so the only thing you need to add is thumbprints and a little ink!

Valentine’s Minute To Win It from Sassy Sites.  A bunch of “Minute to Win It” type games to help you in your Valentine party celebrations.  Super fun!

Valentine Hand Print Flower Scroll from All Free Crafts.  Absolutely beautiful!  Change it up a bit and use finger prints for the leaves.  A Valentine keepsake for sure!

Valentines Yahtzee Game from The Idea Room. I will admit Yahtzee is one of my favorite games (and I often play by myself- DORK!). What a fun twist on a classic game!

I Dig You from Fry Family (who’s blog no longer exists as of 12/29/13). What’s not to love about this? Chocolate- yum, festive colors- yum, shovel- yu….er um….cool! Sorry got carried away. But in all seriousness these Valentine’s are adorable and would be pretty easy to make!

Paper Punch Heart Garland by Oh Craft! This “nearly” free Valentine garland is ahhhhhhhhhhmazing! It never ceases to amaze me what people can come up with and this project is up there. Simply sneak into your local hardware store, snatch a few paint swatches, punch them out and viola! Too cute!

Quick and Easy Valentines Suckers by Pleasant Home (unfortunately the link to this post no longer works as of 2/14/14 but I think you can figure out this one for yourself). You’re kidding me, right? A for adorable! What a great use for all those left over candy canes (or shoot- buy them at 90% off after Christmas, just for this!). Yummy!

The Valentine Date by The Dating Divas. There are two major problems I see with this one, first, I would probably eat the candy, and second, how would I top that next year? My hubby would love it! What a creative idea!
