6 Tips for Bath Time Made Easy #ad

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Sterling for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

With two kids and two dogs my bathtub gets a lot of use! The girls take baths every other day (or daily depending on what we’ve done) and the dogs are bathed at least once a week in the summer because we spend time at the river. My girls still need a little help with shampoo and conditioner and obviously my dogs can’t bathe themselves. That means I spend a lot of time leaning over the bathtub. Ugh.

Not only it is uncomfortable for my back to be leaning over the tub, it’s also uncomfortable for my arms. Hard shower door tracks hurt my arms and leave marks that take a while to go away. Sterling knows that’s an issue for more than just me so they came up with Sterling shower doors with ComforTrack technology. ComforTrack’s flexible bottom track supports the shower door’s glide while the cushioned threshold bends under pressure, allowing the user to kneel, sit, or lean on the track without pain. It’s bath time made easy!

(Look! It’s a boxer! The same type of dog we have!)

The Sterling shower doors with ComforTrack technology are easy to clean too. That’s good when they get a ton of use! I hate dirty shower door tracks – disgusting!

Speaking of bath time made easy, here’s 6 tips for making bath time easier for everyone:

  1. Don’t stress the mess. Both kids and dogs will get water everywhere while bathing. Don’t stress. Water is easy to clean up and a fun bath is an easy bath.
  2. Be prepared. Have your supplies (including towels) near by and ready to go before the bath starts so you don’t have to leave to get something in the middle of the bath.
  3. New toys. Swap out bath toys regularly so the kids don’t get tired of the same toys over and over. Dogs might also enjoy hanging onto a new chew toy while getting a bath.
  4. Non-skid tub bottom. Make sure your tub has a non-skid surface on the bottom. Both kids and dogs get slippery in the tub and the tub itself gets slippery.
  5. Make sure the bathroom is warm enough. Nobody likes stepping out of a warm tub into a freezing room!
  6. Install a Sterling shower door with ComforTrack technology for a pain free experience.
