4) Go camping inside

Though it’s spring, in MN it’s still too cold to camp outside. Instead, grab some blankets and chairs and make a good, ole fashion fort tent inside! “Camp” in the living room as a family.

5) Try geocaching

Geocaching isn’t just for summer. Search the internet and you can find some great winter/spring geocaching.

Have you fully explored the area in which you live? If not, act like a tourist and hit up the attractions by your house.

9) Have a movie day

Can’t have a lazy day on the beach? Lounge out in front of the TV instead. While you’re at it, introduce your kids to some of the classic movies.

10) Have a game day

Invite a group of friends and have different tournaments. Monopoly, Life, Scrabble, Cribbage, any or all of it goes!
